Virosa Group Return Policy
At Virosa Group, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
14-Day Return Policy:
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Exclusions:
Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Perishable goods
- Personalized items
Return Shipping:
Unless there is a problem with the order (such as a defective item or an error on our part), return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return is received successfully.
How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team using the Contact button to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your communication.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
